About the Role
We are seeking a Master Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring Foreperson & Crew Lead to drive our field operations. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a high level of professional integrity, a strong work ethic, and a competitive drive. This role is designed for those ready to lead high-profile projects while managing production targets, equipment maintenance, and material efficiency.
As a Foreperson, you will receive premium tools, including a company truck and phone, to effectively manage your team and projects. The position offers a structured Field Certification Program, providing a clear pathway for advancement into management roles.
