About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Manager for the Holiday Inn Express Waikiki in Honolulu, HI. In this role, you will be a seasoned sales professional and top producer, demonstrating a commitment to direct sales through outstanding performance. Your focus is to maximize the use of banquet space and surpass revenue goals by developing new accounts and growing current hotel accounts using a profitable, win-win selling approach.
You will provide warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance to reassure guests that they have made the right choice by booking with us. This position requires a genuine interest in hospitality and a desire to make others feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. You will represent the hotel at trade shows, travel locally and out of town to solicit business, and actively participate in the community to increase the hotel's visibility.
