We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to join our elite team at Vaco by Highspring. This role is focused on contract, interim, and fractional placements, partnering with a broad range of clients to deliver flexible, high-value talent solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong network and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships while driving consistent revenue growth within the Accounting & Finance market.
In this position, you will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand our revenue footprint. You will identify and engage new clients, gaining a deep understanding of their hiring needs across various staffing models. Your day-to-day will involve managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and uncover opportunities for expanded services. You will also partner closely with our recruiters to align client needs with top-tier talent solutions, while monitoring market trends and competitive activity to position our services effectively.
As a brand representative, you will attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our market presence. Success in this role requires a consultative approach, utilizing polished communication and negotiation skills to build long-term, trusted partnerships.
