We are seeking an experienced, highly analytical, and business‑oriented Senior Analytics Consultant to join our Sales Compensation Insights & Analytics organization. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales compensation, thriving at the intersection of business strategy, analytics, and technology, and motivated by shaping data‑driven decisions at scale.
The ideal candidate brings a strong consulting mindset, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a track record of designing analytical frameworks that guide business decisions. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and strategic initiatives, you will ensure analytical solutions are aligned with operational realities and long‑term strategy. You will partner with sales compensation, finance, sales operations, and strategy leaders to understand business priorities, lead discussions that simplify complex topics, and act as a trusted advisor by bringing structured thinking and business acumen to the table.
