About the Role
As a Senior Residential Advisor, you will be the backbone of our residential living department. You will be responsible for program coordination, student discipline, and the preparation of records and reports regarding the living quarters of students and staff. Your role ensures compliance with government and management directives while fostering a safe and supportive environment.
In this position, you will monitor group living conditions, evaluate situations inside the dorms, and make critical decisions to maintain order. You will perform essential administrative duties involving student passes, leaves, evaluations, progress reports, and emergency protocols. Additionally, you will coordinate dorm activities, including recreation, entertainment, competitions, and after-hour tutoring, while communicating with families to resolve problems and assure student well-being.
