About the Role
The Senior Recruiter plays a pivotal role in enabling the successful launch and sustainable growth of a high-performing manufacturing operations site. This position is designed to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent, ensuring the right people, capabilities, and culture are in place to support operational excellence, safety, and business success.
Acting as an advisor and local talent market expert, you will leverage market analysis and industry research to drive sourcing strategies that build future capabilities. You will influence stakeholders to hire for potential, establishing a true business partnership with hiring managers and leadership on all staffing-related activities. This role is initially virtual, with a hybrid work arrangement planned for the Durham, NC location once the physical site is complete.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree required
- verified3-5+ years recruitment experience required
- verified7+ years recruiting experience preferred
- verifiedHealthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience strongly preferred
- verifiedExperience in managing requisitions within SmartRecruiters preferred
Nice to Have
7+ years of recruiting experience. Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience. Experience in managing requisitions within SmartRecruiters.
