Purpose
The Senior Recruiter plays a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent to enable the successful launch and sustainable growth of a high-performing manufacturing operations site. This position ensures the right people, capabilities, and culture are in place to support operational excellence, safety, and business success.
Acting as an advisor and local talent market expert, you will leverage market analysis and industry research to drive sourcing strategies that build future capabilities. A key part of this role involves influencing stakeholders to hire for potential, ensuring the organization is prepared for long-term growth.
Work Environment
This role will initially be virtual, with a hybrid work arrangement based out of the Durham, NC location once the physical site is complete.
