About the Role
As a Senior Recruiter for Law Enforcement & Armed Security, you will build a career rather than just fill a job. This role exists to secure the specialized talent our clients need by developing and executing recruitment strategies specifically for armed security professionals with law enforcement or military police backgrounds. You will serve as the bridge between Metro One and the law enforcement community, proactively engaging passive candidates, including those nearing retirement or currently serving in municipal, county, state, and federal agencies.
Your day will involve utilizing creative sourcing techniques such as cold outreach, networking within veteran organizations and fraternal orders of police, and field-based recruiting at academies or retirement seminars. You will collaborate closely with leadership to understand contractual and government client requirements, ensuring we maintain a robust pipeline of qualified professionals for both immediate and future openings. Success in this role means maintaining detailed records, providing regular reporting on recruiting metrics, and ensuring full compliance with state, federal, and government contracting standards regarding armed personnel.

Requirements

Nice to Have
