The Work
As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will join a team of systems engineers and sensor architects dedicated to delivering quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities. You will partner with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams to support a broad array of Radar products. Our work directly serves the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and international partners including Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
In this role, you will engage in a collaborative environment that encourages thinking outside the box. You will architect new designs, analyze algorithm nuances, develop novel models, and support the live testing of tactical systems. Your day will involve developing detailed simulations, conducting data analysis, and driving technical issues to resolution while mentoring junior engineers and sharing knowledge of Electronic Protection concepts.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent combined with 5 years of related experience
- verifiedFunctional knowledge of Radar Systems
- verifiedDemonstrated experience in system analysis, architecture, requirements development, trade studies, modeling and simulation, or integration and test
- verifiedHigh proficiency in C++ or Matlab or Python
- verifiedU.S. Citizen with ability to obtain or maintain a DoD Secret level clearance
