As a Sensor Systems Architect, you will join a team of diverse engineers and architects dedicated to advancing sensor architectures to stay ahead of ever-evolving customer needs across a wide range of environments and threat spaces. This role exists to drive the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems.
You will be the bridge between concept and reality, performing concept of operations design and radar behavior definition to drive capability implementation. Your day will involve conducting trade studies to analyze system-level performance impacts, developing detailed design documentation, and collaborating with subsystem teams to define clear, executable approaches for meeting mission success criteria. You will also represent the organization on contracts, interfacing with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams on significant technical matters.
