We collaborate with the best Radar engineers in the business across our Moorestown, NJ, and Syracuse, NY, sites to invent solutions where they don't yet exist.

Our team of Radar Systems Engineers and Sensor Architects comes from diverse backgrounds and experience levels, all working together to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities. We support a broad array of Radar products and customers, including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and foreign partners such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.

About the Role

The Radar Systems Engineering team is seeking a Sensor Systems Architect to support the architecture, design, Concept of Operations, requirements development, analysis, and implementation of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems.

In this role, you will partner with subsystem teams to define clear, executable, and testable approaches for meeting mission success criteria. You will conduct trade studies to analyze system-level performance impacts, develop detailed design documentation, and represent the organization on contracts. This position involves interfacing with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams on significant technical matters.
