The Work

As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will join a team of systems engineers and sensor architects dedicated to delivering quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities. You will partner with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams to support a broad array of Radar products. Our work directly serves the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and international partners including Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.

In this role, you will engage in a dynamic day-to-day environment that includes developing models and detailed simulations to support system design evaluation, conducting data analysis to assess performance, and writing verification plans with traceability to specifications. You will support integration and test activities, investigate discrepancies, and drive technical anomalies to resolution. Additionally, you will participate in landmark reviews and mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge of Electronic Protection concepts.
