About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead planning, cost control, and technical coordination for maintenance and construction projects across industrial and chemical facilities. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to define scopes, manage commercial performance, and ensure safe, efficient project delivery.

In this role, you will serve as a key technical and commercial contact in early project stages, participating in client meetings and design reviews. You will drive value engineering to optimize cost and schedule while mentoring junior planners and cost analysts.
