We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance / Mission Assurance Process Analyst to provide senior-level quality leadership across complex, high-visibility FAA programs. This role is designed for an experienced professional who can advise leadership, shape quality strategy, oversee quality execution across multiple workstreams, and ensure program compliance with customer, contractual, and internal quality requirements.
This position is based in Alaska and will involve travel requirements to remote sites and work in an office in Anchorage. You will serve as a senior quality advisor to program leadership, leading the development and oversight of program-level quality assurance processes. Your day-to-day will involve reviewing significant deliverables, audit results, and inspection outcomes to assess program health, while mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices across the team. You will also support customer engagements related to quality performance and process maturity, ensuring quality documentation and reporting meet all contractual requirements.

Experience supporting FAA or other large federal modernization programs. Experience overseeing quality in aviation, infrastructure, construction, engineering, or mission-critical operations. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality principles and quality management systems. Experience supporting quality assurance in construction, field execution, infrastructure, or other technically regulated environments. Construction-related quality certification, training, or equivalent experience preferred, such as USACE/NAVFAC CQM, CCQM, CQE, or similar. Experience with subcontractor quality oversight and multi-discipline program execution. Relevant quality, audit, or project management certifications.
