About the Role

Grubb Properties is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee operations at our premier apartment community, Link Apartments® Montford, in Charlotte, NC. This role is designed for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives on driving operational excellence and creating exceptional resident experiences. You will balance financial performance, team development, and property operations while fostering a strong sense of community and accountability.

As the leader of this high-performing multifamily residential community, you will manage all aspects of daily operations, from leasing strategy and financial reporting to maintenance oversight and team leadership. Your day-to-day involves analyzing market trends to exceed ownership goals, recruiting and coaching on-site staff, and partnering with maintenance leadership to ensure timely service delivery. You will also oversee vendor relationships, capital projects, and property improvements, ensuring the community remains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents.

Requirements
