About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead diverse projects within our Healthcare in-patient and ambulatory care Interiors practice. This role is available immediately at either our New York City office or our Melville, NY location.
In this position, you will serve as the prime client interface throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. You will oversee project production, manage finances including budgets and contracts, and coordinate the bidding process. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with the client, real estate teams, landlords, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery from initial RFP response through final close-out and sign-off.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleGenerate contractual agreements and project budgets
- check_circleOversee project production and staffing projections
- check_circleManage project finances including budgets, contracts, change orders, and invoicing
- check_circleProvide general coordination and management of the designated project team
- check_circleCalculate and track man-hour projections and project fees
- check_circlePrepare consultant RFPs and coordinate the bidding process
- check_circleCoordinate responses to RFPs and attend project meetings
- check_circleAssist client's Marketing Team with RFP responses and new business presentations
- check_circleExecute project close-out and sign-off procedures
- check_circleAssist in DOB and DOH code reviews, building analysis, and lease reviews
- check_circleConduct final red-line reviews of construction documents for filing and GC bids
- check_circleInterface with clients, real estate teams, landlords, and consultants
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Architecture
- verifiedMaster's degree preferred
- verifiedMinimum of 10 years of continuous project management experience in ambulatory care and inpatient projects
- verifiedWorking knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- verifiedStrong understanding of NYC and NYS Building Codes, ADA compliance, NFPA 2012 for Healthcare, FGI 2014, 2018 Guidelines
