About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of accountability for major, complex construction projects, leading them from preconstruction through close-out. You will manage all phases of project delivery, ensuring alignment with project goals, budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and sustainability objectives. This role requires you to oversee full-lifecycle execution, manage project budgets and cost reporting, and navigate challenging site logistics in tight urban or campus settings.

You will act as the main point of contact with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, fostering transparent communication and strong relationships. In addition to driving project success, you will mentor and guide junior project staff, fostering a collaborative, learning-oriented team environment while upholding our core values of safety, integrity, stewardship, diversity, partnership, and leadership.
