Droga5, part of Accenture Song, is a creative agency with offices in New York, London, Dublin, Tokyo, and São Paulo. Founded in 2006, we exist to build and sustain the most influential brands of the 21st century through creativity. From integrated communications and experience innovation to business design, our mission is to deliver the highest quality work with the greatest efficiency. We have been recognized as Agency of the Year more than 25 times and named both Ad Age and Adweek's Agency of the Decade (2010-2019).
Project Management at Droga5 is instrumental in the budgeting, planning, execution, and delivery for all client work. We take a flexible approach to project management, leveraging the right tools and aligning the right resources to develop the most effective framework for our teams.
The Senior Project Manager serves as a solutions-driven leader who manages the progression of assignments and owns communications and project controls. You will lead a large piece of business in partnership with Account leads, creating and maintaining project plans that demonstrate a cohesive understanding of deliverables, tasks, dependencies, and staff resourcing. Beyond execution, you will assess project risks, communicate contingency plans to stakeholders, and manage career development for Project Managers and Junior Project Managers. Your day-to-day involves mentoring the team, collaborating with account and production leads to implement efficient ways of working, and advising on scopes and staffing allocations for the Creative Department.
Accenture is committed to a fair and transparent hiring process.
