Due to high demand, the client is seeking a candidate who can ramp up quickly and become fully operational within 30 days. This position is designed for an experienced leader capable of managing projects at a top level, specifically within complex environments involving large teams and significant scope.

The Role in Context

This role is pivotal for navigating large-scale initiatives with many moving parts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing scope and budget effectively, breaking down work into teams, and handling hourly billing structures. For multi-year projects, the role requires monthly budget reassessments. The work involves strict release cycles, including pre-go-live phases and subsequent releases every three weeks. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, sometimes unpredictable environments and possesses the political savvy to navigate complex, top-level organizational landscapes while managing relationships with various jurisdictions and states.
