We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Test Engineer (PTE) to join our manufacturing team. This is a dynamic and visible role where you will leverage your technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative skills to ensure the seamless execution of test processes in a factory environment.
As a PTE, you will support the test process through various phases of the product life cycle, including product development, transition to production, sustained production, and depot activities. You will validate and ensure compliance of prime hardware to technical data package requirements and supporting test equipment. Your work will be critical in troubleshooting test failures and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, yields, and capacity. You will play a key role in ensuring rigorous testing processes and delivering high-quality results to our end customers.
This position requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance (Secret) prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is mandatory as only citizens are eligible for this clearance. Candidates must be able to obtain an interim clearance before starting.

Experience with RF measurements including S-parameters, Noise Figure, Third order Intercept, Phase Error, Return loss, Compression, Gain, Insertion Loss, and VSWR. Experience with the use and functionality of test equipment and hardware including Network Analyzers, Data Acquisition (DAQ), DC Power Supplies, Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope, Power Meters, Digital Multimeters, Pulse Generators, Signal Generators, Attenuators, RF Amplifiers, Couplers, power dividers, and RF Switches. Active and existing security clearance.
