DriveNets is a leader in high-scale disaggregated networking solutions, founded in 2015 to modernize how service providers, cloud providers, and hyperscalers build networks. Supporting the world's largest network, more than half of AT&T's backbone traffic runs on DriveNets' Network Cloud open disaggregated architecture. With $587 million raised across three funding rounds, the company is disrupting the networking market from high-scale architecture to AI platforms.
Based in Israel with locations in Romania, the US, and Japan, DriveNets operations cover more than twelve countries. The company is recognized by industry analysts and through numerous awards for pushing market momentum, allowing for faster service innovation from the network core to the edge.
We are seeking a Product Manager focused on Network Automation to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team at the forefront of network transformation. This is a platform product role designed for a candidate who understands how to turn real telecom operations needs into reusable product foundations. You will define intent and policy models, lifecycle orchestration, service and topology context, assurance, observability, troubleshooting, remediation, and continuous verification.
The ideal candidate understands the nuances of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 telecom operators, recognizing how differences in scale, staffing, process rigor, and brownfield complexity shape product strategy and autonomy boundaries. You will not only define AI-enabled product capabilities for operators but also operate as an AI-native product leader, using modern AI tools to accelerate discovery, requirements, prioritization, and execution.
In this role, you will own the product vision and roadmap for automation and autonomy capabilities across Day 0, Day 1, Day 2, and ongoing network operations. You will shape AI-native operator experiences, including AI-assisted troubleshooting, guided root-cause analysis, anomaly detection, and natural-language investigation. Your work will directly impact the industry's best partners, shaping the future of connectivity while fostering creativity, teamwork, and growth.
