About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer in Manufacturing Engineering to serve as the primary point of contact for all Process and Product Development for production programs and developmental efforts. You will work closely with process engineering and various engineering disciplines to produce microelectronics used in cutting-edge military and defense-related hardware.
In this role, you will have oversight of the product's assembly from kit to ship and may be involved in the program's lifecycle from kick-off to contract closure. This position offers the opportunity to work with senior technical experts and contribute to Raytheon patents, trade secrets, and innovations. You will gain a deep, hands-on understanding of assembly processes, equipment, and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA), while translating technical data packages into manufacturing data packages.

Clearance Requirements This position requires an active DoD Secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. The DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
