In this highly visible and hands-on role, you will lead Operations Engineering efforts in the development of extraordinary Thermal modules for some of the highest quality products in the world today. Your role involves assembly and testing process development, manufacturing program management, and on-site problem solving for innovative and state-of-the-art Thermal modules.
You will apply your mechanical manufacturing background to drive process development, new product introduction (NPI), and supplier execution. This position requires collaborating with suppliers and engineering teams to develop manufacturing and test processes, including process flows, equipment designs, and validation plans. You will lead multi-functional activities in the supply chain to ensure operational readiness from NPI phases into Mass Production, while establishing validation procedures and quality programs to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability is consistently delivered.
