Raytheon's Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking a skilled and motivated Integrated Product Team Lead to drive the Coyote Block 3 plus (CB3+) Launcher Product. In this onsite role based in Tucson, Arizona, you will serve as the technical leader for the product team, ensuring the integrity of the hardware and associated Technical Data Package (TDP) throughout development, validation, and integration.
You will manage the cost, schedule, and execution of the program, including Cost Account Management (CAM) responsibilities and Estimate at Complete (EAC) support. Your day-to-day involves leading technical risk management, overseeing failure investigations, and collaborating with functional and program management teams. You will work closely with suppliers and customers to procure and demonstrate capabilities in lab or field environments, with travel required up to 25% of the time.
This position requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance (DoD Secret) prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only citizens are eligible for this clearance. The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.

Bachelor's or Advanced degree in mechanical engineering or hardware system design. Experience working on the development and production of missiles and launchers. Experience working on a program during transitions from low-rate initial production to full rate production. Experience working with suppliers that develop mechanical products, machined parts, and electronics. Experience with proposal development and new business capture. Program Manager Certification level six (6) or ability to obtain within the first year in the role. Strong technical writing and oral communication skills.
