About the Role

Reporting to the EVP of Contracts & Pricing, this Senior Pricing Analyst role is the strategic foundation for our federal portfolio's competitive proposal development and ongoing contract pricing activities. You will own the development of cost volumes, pricing models, rate structures, and strategies that strictly meet FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific requirements.

This position is first and foremost a pricing role, requiring deep expertise in government cost and price analysis, proposal pricing strategy, and rate development. Beyond core pricing duties, you will support broader contractual and forecasting activities across the portfolio. You will partner with Capture Management, Business Development, Contracts, Finance, and technical personnel to translate technical approaches into defensible pricing narratives. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, leveraging their expertise to help the team think quickly on their feet and expand their professional skill set.
