The Senior Display Product Planner is a strategic leadership position designed to shape the future of our display portfolio, specifically targeting flagship office spaces and specialized professional workflows. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of customer insight, technology trends, business strategy, and cross-functional leadership. You will be instrumental in defining products that elevate the customer experience, strengthen market differentiation, and drive long-term business growth.

In this position, you will translate complex market dynamics and customer needs into clear product concepts and positioning. Your work will involve balancing customer desires with technical feasibility and financial goals to make sound portfolio decisions. Success in this role requires influencing stakeholders in a matrixed environment without direct authority, building robust business cases for investment, and presenting compelling narratives to senior executives and customers alike.

About the Team

You will partner closely with a global ecosystem of panel suppliers, system engineering teams, finance, cost, supply chain, and sales organizations. The team operates with a shared objective to ensure product plans are executable, financially sound, and aligned with commercial go-to-market strategies. Your ability to build strong working relationships across these diverse functions will be critical to driving alignment and progress.

Success in this role is defined by product plans rooted in clear customer insight and strong market logic. You will be expected to deliver portfolio recommendations that reflect the right balance of customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
