About the Role
Practice Management empowers financial advisors to lead their branch teams in building successful practices by supporting and guiding them at every stage of their career. The Practice Desktop serves as a unified, intuitive platform that integrates tools, data, and AI-driven insights, creating capacity for advisors and their client service teams to work smarter, deepen client relationships, drive measurable growth, and deliver more value.
As a Senior Practice Management Strategist, you will lead the evolution of practice health, diagnostic, assessment, and business planning strategies, along with the tools that enable them. You will shape and integrate cross-firm capabilities that support design, delivery, learning, change management, and adoption. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders and branch teams, you will design end-to-end processes, experiences, and solutions that drive growth and productivity. This includes advancing knowledge-powered initiatives, scaling diagnostic capabilities, enhancing business planning solutions, and delivering innovative practice health experiences. Operating across both digital and non-digital capabilities, you will play a critical part in defining forward-looking strategies and enabling execution while leading highly complex, firm-level initiatives.
Work Environment
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
