About the Role

The Senior Personnel Analyst (Inbound) will support the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and its subordinate commands under a five-year contract. Based at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida, this role serves as a critical component to U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM).

You will support the Manpower Directorate (G-1) in analyzing manpower requirements for operations both within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS). Your day-to-day involves advising and assisting the Commander on personnel operations, policy, administration, awards, correspondence, travel management, and the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) Program. You will also provide administrative support to all Marines stationed at MacDill AFB and individual augments within the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).

A key aspect of this position is supporting the MARCENT Personnel Administration Center Director. You will assist in the in-processing of permanent personnel (Civilian, Marines, and Navy) and reservists ordered to active duty arriving via Permanent Change of Station/Assignment (PCS/PCA). This includes conducting thorough audits of Electronic Service Records (ESR) and pay entitlements, ensuring the accuracy of service and pay records, and managing the travel claims process. You will be responsible for identifying errors in entitlements immediately and notifying leadership of any financial impacts.

Travel and Deployment

This role requires significant mobility. Contractor personnel must support projected travel to MARCENT AOR and supporting locations, including Bahrain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, Israel, Afghanistan, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Pakistan, and various Central Asian and European nations. The ideal candidate must be available for travel on less than 24 hours' notice to support personnel recovery and training for forward-deployed forces, with the ability to execute OCONUS travel throughout the Central Command AOR.
