We are seeking an experienced Senior People Business Partner to provide strategic human resources support to our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Underwriting functions. In this role, you will own "raising the bar" by aligning People initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational success. You will partner with senior leadership to design and execute talent strategies that excite top talent, oversee development and retention for high-volume workforces, and guide teams through organizational changes. As a trusted advisor, you will address employee relations issues and foster a high-performance culture where direct communication and continuous improvement are the norm.
