Senior Operations Analyst

About the Role

AERMOR is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to drive operational test design, data analysis, and the evaluation of system performance. In this role, you will apply advanced analytical methodologies, statistical techniques, and modeling and simulation (M&S) to assess operational effectiveness. Your work will be critical in supporting data-driven decision-making within a high-stakes environment requiring a Secret clearance.

You will serve as a bridge between complex data and actionable strategy, utilizing Operations Research Systems Analysis (ORSA) principles to evaluate system performance. The position involves a dynamic mix of quantitative and qualitative analysis, where you will develop key performance indicators and recommend corrective actions to address deficiencies. Beyond analysis, you will play a pivotal role in the Modeling & Simulation lifecycle, including the development of Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) packages and the preparation of formal accreditation documentation.

As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will operate at the intersection of scientific method and practical application. You will be responsible for designing operational test activities and utilizing specialized software such as JMP or Design-Expert to support rigorous analysis efforts. Your contributions will directly influence how system capabilities are validated and how operational data is transformed into clear, strategic insights for stakeholders.
