About the SkillBridge Internship

This opportunity is specifically designed for active duty service members transitioning to civilian careers. The Department of Defense SkillBridge program allows you to gain valuable civilian work experience during the last 180 days of your service. While you continue to receive your military compensation and benefits, you will immerse yourself in a civilian work environment, applying your military skills and leadership abilities to real-world business initiatives.

As a SkillBridge Intern, you will collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to key projects in Technology and Innovation, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Cybersecurity. This program offers a unique bridge between your military service and your future career, providing mentorship, practical experience, and the chance to assess your potential for future employment with a reputable industry partner.

Application and Eligibility

This requisition is for active duty service members only.

To participate, you must be currently serving as an active duty military service member and eligible for the SkillBridge program. A valid active security clearance is required. If you are a commander or unit leader looking to assist members in their transition, we encourage you to facilitate this partnership to help ease the military-to-civilian transition period.
