Roush is seeking a Senior NVH & Durability Analyst to join our CAE team in Livonia, MI. In this role, you will use advanced FEA and CAE tools to solve Noise, Vibration & Harshness (NVH) and durability challenges across vehicle, aerospace, and amusement ride structures. You'll build models, perform independent analysis, deliver clear engineering insights, and collaborate directly with customers to drive smarter, stronger designs.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering required; Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering specializing in structural dynamics, mechanics, FEA, fatigue theory, noise and vibration, or 3 years of CAE experience. U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident for ITAR compliance. Experience with Simcenter Amesim, autonomous and electric vehicles, full vehicle 'CAE to Test' correlation, performance optimization and trade-off evaluations for multi-body systems, suspension and powertrain integration using CAE techniques, and AI and Machine Learning skills.
