About the Role
Roush is seeking a Senior NVH & Durability Analyst to join our CAE team in Livonia, MI. In this role, you will use advanced FEA and CAE tools to solve Noise, Vibration & Harshness (NVH) and durability challenges across vehicle, aerospace, and amusement ride structures. You'll build models, perform independent analysis, deliver clear engineering insights, and collaborate directly with customers to drive smarter, stronger designs.

You will interface with customers to complete tasks with a high level of quality while meeting timelines, and interact confidently and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
