About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Media Buyer for CTV and Programmatic Advertising to join our performance marketing team. This role is designed for a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through data-driven media buying. As a senior member of the team, you will play a pivotal part in developing media strategies, managing substantial advertising budgets, and identifying growth opportunities. You will collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and client-facing teams to maximize campaign performance and return on ad spend.
In this position, you will navigate the complexities of the CTV ecosystem, from inventory sources to attribution methodologies. Your day-to-day will involve launching and optimizing campaigns across multiple DSPs, conducting audience and creative testing, and analyzing large datasets to uncover actionable insights. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior media buyers and contribute to the ongoing development of our media buying processes and optimization frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleManage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently while maintaining profitability and maximizing ROI
- check_circleMonitor campaign performance daily and optimize toward key metrics including CPA, ROAS, and CPM
- check_circleConduct audience, inventory, placement, and creative testing to improve campaign performance and scalability
- check_circleCollaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing video, display, native, and CTV ad creatives
- check_circleAnalyze large datasets and performance reports to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights
- check_circleBuild and maintain reporting dashboards and present campaign performance to internal stakeholders and clients
- check_circleEvaluate and implement new audience targeting strategies, data providers, and emerging advertising technologies
- check_circleMentor junior media buyers and contribute to the ongoing development of media buying processes
Requirements
- verified5+ years of experience in digital media buying
- verifiedExperience with DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, StackAdapt, Yahoo DSP, Basis, Amazon DSP)
- verifiedExperience managing six-figure to seven-figure monthly advertising budgets
- verifiedAdvanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, Google Sheets
- verifiedExperience with direct response, lead generation, eCommerce, or customer acquisition campaigns
- verifiedExperience running campaigns across CTV, display, native, video, YouTube, paid social, and search
- verifiedFamiliarity with MMPs, attribution platforms, and incrementality testing methodologies
- verifiedKnowledge of first-party data strategies, identity resolution, and privacy-compliant audience targeting
