We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Healthcare team in Charlotte, NC. This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in the office. As a leader within the department, you will supervise staff day-to-day responsibilities and mentor team members in both technical knowledge and career development.
You will lead projects of all sizes and types from concept through construction completion, leveraging in-house coordination with multiple disciplines. Your role involves interfacing directly with clients to provide technical excellence while managing the project team and schedule to ensure successful outcomes. TLC supports your growth by providing training at all levels.
