As Senior Manager, Accommodations and Health and Safety, you will play a critical role in championing accommodations, health, safety, and inclusion across all areas of RBC. Within the Employee Relations team, you will provide advice and counsel to executives, people leaders, and employees on complex workplace situations. Your mission is to ensure a fair and transparent employee experience while effectively managing risk in a dynamic environment.
This role is designed to lead and deliver projects that support the accommodation and health and safety of all employees. You will be accountable for developing risk mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory requirements, and facilitating a fair and inclusive workplace. By working with a broad set of stakeholders—including Employee Relations, Human Resources, and other RBC teams—you will manage complex occupational health and safety matters and contribute to enterprise initiatives that significantly impact Employee Relations.
