Jazz Pharmaceuticals is a global biopharma company dedicated to innovating to transform the lives of patients and their families. We develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases, often those with limited or no therapeutic options. Our patient-focused and science-driven approach powers pioneering research and development advancements across a robust pipeline of innovative therapeutics in oncology and neuroscience.
Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, Jazz operates research and development laboratories, manufacturing facilities, and employs talent in multiple countries committed to serving patients worldwide. We maintain a diverse portfolio of marketed medicines, including leading therapies for sleep disorders and epilepsy, alongside a growing portfolio of cancer treatments.
You will join the R&D Pipeline Innovation team, a key component of Jazz Corporate Development. This team provides insightful, timely, and decision-enabling R&D assessments of potential new investment opportunities, such as Mergers and Acquisitions or in-licensing of investigational new drugs and marketed products.
In this role, you will work closely with R&D functions (including Research, Early Development, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Safety), New Product Planning, and the broader Corporate Development team. Your mission is to identify and assess potential business development and licensing opportunities in neuroscience and oncology. You will serve as a bridge between technical scientific evaluation and strategic business decision-making, synthesizing findings to support senior leadership and representing Jazz in interactions with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic institutions, and external entities.
Current Jazz employees should apply via the Internal Career site. For external candidates, please submit your application through our careers portal. The process typically involves reviewing qualifications, followed by interviews with the hiring team and relevant stakeholders to assess technical fit and alignment with our core values.
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer. We consider qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. We strive to foster an inclusive environment where diverse backgrounds and perspectives drive our innovation.
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. We strive to provide total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is $144,000.00 - $216,000.00. Individual compensation within this range depends on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and job knowledge.
Your total compensation package includes more than just base pay. Successful candidates may be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation, as well as discretionary equity grants. Additionally, you will have access to various benefits offerings, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and flexible paid vacation.
