The Senior Manager of Chapter Relations serves as the primary strategic liaison between IIBEC Headquarters and its local chapters. This role exists to strengthen chapter engagement, ensure alignment with IIBEC's mission and strategic goals, and empower chapter leaders to deliver high-quality programming and member experiences. By fostering consistent communication, governance support, and best practices, the Senior Manager promotes organizational cohesion and sustainable growth across the network.
In this position, you will build strong relationships with chapter leaders to understand their unique needs and challenges. You will act as a technical support resource for IIBEC-provided websites, maintain critical records of bylaws and policy guidelines, and facilitate the development of board transition resources. The role involves a dynamic mix of governance oversight, event coordination, and data-driven continuous improvement to enhance the health and vitality of the chapter network.

Experience working within a professional association or nonprofit organization. Familiarity with chapter-based organizational models. Experience with association management systems (AMS) or CRM platforms. Knowledge of volunteer engagement and leadership development best practices.
