We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, NPI Systems & Process Integration to play a critical leadership role in enabling speed, scale, and predictability for New Product Introduction (NPI) across the Biosciences Reagents & Assays Segment. This role serves as a key interface between the Segment, Enterprise IT, and the Transformation Office (Innovation Excellence), ensuring that business processes, system capabilities, and enterprise standards are tightly aligned to support high-volume, globally scalable NPI execution.
Operating in a highly cross-functional environment, you will translate business needs into system and process requirements, drive disciplined integration execution, and ensure adoption of best practices that enable efficient product lifecycle management across Research and Clinical Reagents. You will lead through influence in a complex organization, proactively identifying risks and communicating clearly with senior leaders to drive alignment and decision-making.

Exposure to Design Control and Quality System considerations within NPI. Experience working across global or distributed organizations.
