We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Digital Controls Military Business Segment within the GETC Power & Controls Engineering Team. Based in Aguadilla, PR, this strategic role offers a unique opportunity to shape and drive the long-term vision for engineering capabilities across software, electronics, and mechanical disciplines.
As a Senior Manager, you will build and lead high-performing teams, foster strong relationships with global and local stakeholders, and represent GETC Puerto Rico in global forums as a respected technical and organizational leader. This position is ideal for an experienced strategic engineering leader with a passion for technical innovation and team development, ready to make a significant impact on the future of aerospace technology. The role operates on a hybrid model, requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, following the schedule assigned by the Manager. Candidates must reside in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment, as relocation is not offered.
