While Charon Technologies, LLC is wholly owned by CACI, a Fortune 500 company, we function as a boutique LLC comprised of under 100 staff, allowing us to operate like a small business. This small business culture is important to us, and we work very hard to foster an environment that allows our employees to be very collaborative, roll up their sleeves, and directly contribute to the success of our customers.
Our culture mirrors that of our customers that are typically the Tip of the Spear – a deep passion for mission success with a sprinkling of craziness, adventure, and dogged determination. We offer endless snacks, coffee, soda, and weekly lunches or breakfasts, understanding the old saying, "An Army Marches on Its Stomach."
Charon Technologies specializes in designing and building hardware and software to meet our customers' next requirement—the one they don't know they have yet. Our products are used successfully throughout the commercial, military, and Intelligence Communities. We pride ourselves on our self-funded product development driven by our customer demands, operating as a commercial provider while also providing sophisticated solutions to the government.
The Charon SystemWare (CSW) Team in Virginia is seeking a Test Technician to test and debug boards and systems down to the component level on both Digital, Analog, and RF systems.
You will join a team that values autonomy and a casual atmosphere. Employees are allowed great freedom, including where they do their jobs (telecommute or remote work is available), how they get their jobs done (e.g., as many monitors as you want policy), and their choice of work attire (extremely casual atmosphere with frequent flip-flop sightings).
As a valued team member at CACI, you will be part of a high-performing group dedicated to our customer's missions and driven by a higher purpose – to ensure the safety of our nation. You will have the autonomy to take the time you need through a unique flexible time off benefit and have access to robust learning resources to make your ambitions a reality.
Successful candidates must be able to hold and maintain a security clearance; therefore, U.S. citizenship is required. Drop us your resume or give us a call, we're different in just the kind of way you're looking for.
CACI is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any other protected characteristic.
