About the Role
As a Sr. Manager, Applied Science, you will own the scientific innovation and research initiatives that make this vision possible. This role is not just about building models; it is about creating 'delight' by discovering and deploying the science that delivers exactly what our customers need, right when they need it. You will lead a team of applied scientists to redefine our global network, translating complex data patterns into breakthrough AI capabilities that power intuitive human experiences.
Your day will be a dynamic blend of scientific innovation and strategic problem-solving. You will navigate ambiguity through experimentation, balancing the drive for next-generation AI-native models with operational constraints. You will partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to ensure robust performance, explainability, and seamless integration of your solutions. Ultimately, you will influence senior leadership by translating complex algorithms into clear business value, ensuring that every hypothesis is validated and every deployment drives meaningful outcomes.
