- check_circleLead periodic reviews over technical accounting areas such as consolidation and goodwill
- check_circleLead ad hoc accounting analysis and research projects including new standard implementations
- check_circleReview quarterly financial statements and provide quality assurance for public reporting
- check_circleProvide Finance leadership with peer analysis of current industry trends
- check_circleRepresent Invesco in industry accounting standard-setting and working groups
- check_circleImplement industry best practices to Invesco's financial reporting processes
- check_circleAssess emerging disclosure risks and implement appropriate responses
Requirements
- verifiedUndergraduate or graduate degree in accounting
- verifiedCPA
- verified8+ years public accounting, US GAAP accounting policy and/or SEC reporting work experience
- verifiedKnowledge of Financial Services Industry, Consolidation and Fair Value guidance
