About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers' Federal IT Program Managers. This role is designed to manage high-level IT projects, ensuring strict alignment with federal guidelines while driving successful outcomes within a complex matrixed environment.
You will act as the single point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and project coordination between Graham Technologies and our federal clients. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in IT project management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in both traditional and Agile project environments. This position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity from the DC area, Las Vegas, or Albuquerque.

Requirements
- verifiedActive Q clearance or TS/SCI
- verifiedMinimum of five (5) years of hands-on IT project management experience in the Federal Government
- verifiedActive Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- verifiedIntermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Visio
Nice to Have
Additional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PRINCE2, or SAFe Agile certification. Experience managing IT projects in a government or defense-related environment. Knowledge of federal IT standards, policies, and frameworks.
