This is a tight-knit team with a flexible and entrepreneurial environment. Policies are light, the workload is high, and success comes from self-management, collaboration, and a willingness to wear multiple hats in support of the firm and its clients. You will work closely with an aligned architecture partner while still enjoying the breadth, autonomy, and impact that come from being part of a small, evolving design studio.
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will own projects from concept through construction, leading client-facing design efforts and helping shape the future of this practice. You will be a thought leader on interior projects, bringing structure, creativity, and executional excellence to a fast-paced environment. The role engages across a variety of commercial project types, with a focus on education and healthcare and an expanding footprint in retail, hospitality, and related markets.
