About the Role
Quad is seeking a high-level Industrial Electrician and Controls Specialist to support and modernize our web offset press and bindery platforms across North America and Latin America. This is a hands-on, expert position designed for a professional who can troubleshoot at depth, execute complex control retrofits, and ensure complex production environments maintain peak uptime.
In this role, you will lead modernization projects, particularly those involving legacy DC drive systems, while providing remote diagnostics and real-time support to multiple plants. You will drive uptime, reliability, and performance improvements, supporting installs, startups, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires significant travel (30–40%) to Quad sites across the U.S. and Latin America to address critical needs on the ground.
