About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Senior Human Factors Engineer to join the LCE team onsite in a closed area program in Tewksbury, MA. In this role, you will serve as a technical authority, driving the integration of human performance, safety, and usability into system design decisions across major subsystems or full system segments. You will lead the development and execution of Human Factors Engineering programs compliant with MIL-STD-1472, ensuring consistency and traceability throughout the program lifecycle. Your work will involve translating complex operational requirements into validated human-centered design inputs and providing technical direction to early career engineers. As a key collaborator, you will interface with Systems, Software, Electrical, and Hardware engineering teams to ensure end-to-end human system integration and lead contributions to system safety efforts, including hazard analyses and risk reduction strategies.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship is mandatory as only citizens are eligible for this clearance. Candidates must have an active and existing security clearance after day one.
