About the Role
This position serves as an independent quality assurance auditor dedicated to maintaining and improving the integrity of work-related processes. The primary purpose is to carry out core responsibilities by providing quality consultation, auditing, and project coordination. While the role requires a high degree of decision-making ability, it is structured as a skills-mastering position with supervisory review and oversight.
Day-to-Day Focus
In this hybrid role based at our Lake County Headquarters, you will plan, organize, and lead study-specific inspections and internal system or process-based audits. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to reviewing raw data, protocols, and research reports to ensure the quality and integrity of results, as well as compliance with protocols, policies, procedures, and applicable governmental regulations. You will also evaluate the potential risk of compliance deficiencies.
Beyond individual auditing, you will provide guidance and training on GLP regulations and guidelines to Associate GLP auditors and functional area personnel. You will assist the Inspection Management group during regulatory agency inspections and participate in cross-functional project teams. Additionally, you will prepare and present project progress reports to keep management and the team informed of project status.
