About the Role

The Lead Scientist in Quality Control Chemistry serves as a critical expert within the laboratory, bridging the gap between routine operations and complex analytical challenges. This role is designed for an individual with broad expertise in both standard and specialized chemical methods of analysis. You will be entrusted with the most intricate test methods, leveraging advanced training to drive departmental objectives forward.

Beyond technical execution, you will play a pivotal leadership role in the team's growth. You are responsible for assisting the Quality Control Supervisor in maintaining full compliance with cGMP and other laboratory regulations. A key part of your day involves overseeing and organizing the training and development of less experienced analysts, ensuring the entire group evolves alongside new technologies and methodologies.
