About the Role
As a Senior GenAI Engineer, you will take a hands-on approach to multiple high-visibility projects, leveraging your expertise to deliver solutions that delight customers while driving tangible business value. This role is pivotal in infusing AI/ML/GenAI into our engineering craft across various programming languages and modern frameworks. You will not only design and develop advanced software but also serve as a technical advocate, ensuring code integrity and alignment with business goals.
Your day-to-day involves embracing a culture of accountability for customer outcomes, favoring action and evidence over extensive planning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product management, experience, and delivery—to translate complex business needs into lean, supportable, and scalable technical specifications.
