As the firm's primary internal development team, we have modernized software and product delivery to create a scalable, cost-effective model focused on tangible value and outcomes. Our progressive talent structure allows us to develop and deploy cutting-edge internal and go-to-market solutions that help Deloitte operate effectively and lead in the market. As a Senior GenAI Engineer, you will take a hands-on approach to multiple high-visibility projects, leveraging your expertise to deliver solutions that delight customers while driving tangible business value. This role is pivotal in infusing AI/ML/GenAI into our engineering craft across various programming languages and modern frameworks. You will not only design and develop advanced software but also serve as a technical advocate, ensuring code integrity and alignment with business goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product management, experience, and delivery—to translate complex business needs into lean, supportable, and scalable technical specifications. Whether navigating uncertainty through a learning-forward approach or engaging directly with customers to validate solutions, you will be a dependable team player driving incremental and iterative delivery.
