About the Team
The Operations Team at Sydecar is the driving force behind our customers' success. As the primary point of contact for our customers and their investors, we manage the entire lifecycle of SPVs and Funds, from formation to closing and beyond. We handle customer support cases, provide critical product feedback, and ensure a seamless experience that helps investors navigate their journey with confidence.

As a Senior Fund Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our SPV and fund clients throughout the lifecycle of their investment vehicles. You will be instrumental in navigating complex investment transactions and providing critical support to internal teams within a fast-growing, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleServe as escalation contact for complex investment structures within the Customer Experience team
- check_circleLead onboarding calls with newly-signed fund customers and manage ongoing client relationships
- check_circleAssist with quarterly management fee payments and prepare financial reporting packages for clients
- check_circlePrepare and review distribution calculations for fund clients and investors
- check_circleSet up and review payments to companies and investors
- check_circleDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure team standardization
- check_circleManage post-closing events for SPV and Fund+ products including transfers, conversions, and realizations
Requirements
- verified3+ years of experience with Fund Accountant position
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- verifiedStrong understanding of venture capital/private equity structures and operations
- verifiedProficiency in US GAAP
- verifiedHigh proficiency with Excel
- verifiedExperience working in a technology-driven organization
